Hello! I can't log into my database. The system writes that you cannot enter team-1604647928108.atlassian.net from the mail: service@molnia-rus.ru. Tell me, what is this connected with?

Website, not database.  But yes, that is correct.  The account identified by that email address is not an active account for this site.

It's not a change of mail or glitch, your administrator has not set up the account for any access.

I understood correctly: this mail is not valid for entering the given atlassian database? Has the mail been changed?

 

Or is it some kind of glitch?
