As the excel export of tickets in Jira, I would like to know if someone has already performed an excel export of all pages created in Confluence.
There is no built-in Confluence feature for this, and I don't know about any third party app with this functionality.
But! If you look into the database, it is fairly easy to construct an SQL that fetches the data you need. Then, pretty much any DB client supports exporting to CSV which you can import to Excel.
Hello @Paulo Abreu Vieira da Costa .
As Aron stated there is no built-in feature for this, but if trying some (maybe not so convenient :)) workarounds you can try to get contents in a form of a table (list) on Confluence page:
1. Using e.g. 'Recently Updated' macro (spaces = @all, results = someBigNumber to cover all pages - not sure if it is OK for performance) that will give you all pages created (edited) in all spaces.
2. Creating User Macro to get all pages of all spaces in the form of a list (table).
Then after getting contents on a page you can:
1. Export it to MS Word using page tools and from Word convert it to the table for Excel
2. Use Table Filter macro https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview to export the contents table into CSV (this macro can filter and export any static or dynamic table from COnfluence page)
Hope this information can be useful for you.
Thank you
