Your mssql database is currently using an unsupported collation: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS. You should change this to a supported collation: Latin1_General_CI_AI SQL_Latin1_General_CP437_CI_AI
Not that you asked, but ... consider migrating to PostgreSQL.
There are some -- um -- issues with MySQL, not least that the project founders have migrated over to MariaDB, leaving two closely related DBMS neither full-spectrum supported & advanced(IMHO), and frankly neither aimed at enterprise-grade features n use cases. (again IMHO.)
/You really did't ask, but dealing with components in your architecture...
To evaluate components of your IT architecture, monitor the traffic of the project teams' discussions, or watch the features & defects they choose to address vs. not over time. This will tell you what they think is important.
You can usually even come up with a slogan or motif for their tech and how they wrangle it, similar to what this guy did with company org charts.
Then compare that to your use cases. This goes for commercial and open source projects, both.
