Confluence template for documenting equipment at a number of offices.

Hello Community! 

If anyone has something like this to share ideas around....

Looking for a 2 tier confluence template. The first tier is a list of company offices by address. Each address is hypertext and clicking takes the reader to a detailed page for that office. The detailed page allows: Pasting in a photo of the office building, rich text to describe contacts, details, etc. Ability to upload files to the page with rich text headers above each one. 

Essentially, a way for support folks to create a separate page for each office, with a directory as the front end. The front end would have an "Add or New" button that would create a new blank secondary page for details.
