Confluence is not running as service

Hi,

 

On my windows server I have installed jira and confluence and that server does not have jdk.

Jira is working as service but confluence would not work as windows service and trying to start  manually by start-confluence.bat than only it starts and opens cmd tomcat window and if i close that tomcat window confluence is gng to down.pls help how to run both apps as a services in windows server
