Confluence base URL Not working on Wildcard SSL

Hi,

I am using wildcard SSL for all my sites and products, the same I used in confluence. But the Base URL is not working in my Wildcard SSL.

I have followed the same steps given on this site https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/running-confluence-over-ssl-or-https-161203.html

My HTTPS base URL says the site can't be reached. Can anyone help me with this?

now I fixed the HTTPS on Wildcard by adding the Keystore path as Confluence JRE location. But I cant redirect port 8443 to 443. Is there a way to fix this?
