Calendar week-start day no longer changing based on language preference

Week-starting day no longer working as expected. Changing language settings between English UK and English US does not seem to alter calendar week-starting days.

Affected service: Confluence Cloud

Expected results: When English UK is set as user language preference, calendar begins week on Monday. When English US is set as user language preference, calendar begins week on Sunday.

Current results: User language settings do not affect calendar week-begin day. Confluence defaults to US settings of week-begin Sunday regardless of language setting.
