Atlassian Confluence Cloud displaying error "Something went wrong"

This tends to be preceded by a "Session Expired" message. I am using the Firefox browser on MacOS X, but many other users are experiencing the same thing on various platforms and browsers.

No it hasn't entirely - many of our users are still experiencing the problem.

Update: this problem seems to have been resolved on the server.
