πŸ‘‹ Community! Avinoam from Confluence Automation here once again and today I'm happy to let you know that you can automatically create JSM issues directly from Confluence Automation!

What does it looks like?

First off - we added a new manual trigger template to make it easier for you to think of your first out of the box use case and to make it useful to your end users:

Second, you can build what you want with the new "Create incident in Jira Service Management" action:

When it will be available?

This is already live to all Confluence Premium and Enterprise customers!
