Trying to work differently, together! Currently in a state of hybrid working, 2 days a week at the office or on site at the client, 3 days a week from home.

Balance for me is when I can leave work out of my head when I want to.

This might be something simple like NOT talking about work during lunch.

@Dave Mathijs love that philosophy! The ability to be present in "life" moments (even the small ones, like workday lunch) seems like a greater measure of balance.

I feel like I have a good balance between work and my personal life but at work currently I am working on lots of different projects so I can relate to this gif a little, where I sometimes feel like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, trying to push everything forward at the same time!

This is great! I do believe that there is no real distinction between "life" and "work" but that there is just life. We just happend to spend that life on different aspects.
All those aspects should get the required time to get the progress we want.

My work life balance is perfect :D

I have just checked my pulse it is there, I just made sure and I am still breathing.

My PC uptime is 10810days, my tasks are all overdue but I am just a little overloaded right now.

Seriously, very good article. We do not pay enough attention to this and then end up in a mental institution or an island as far from an electrical outlet as we can get (without the ones we love). Neither very constructive
