11/18 - all existing whiteboards no longer had any objects on them and it was showing a blank field with dots. Creating a new whiteboard resulted in the same.
11/19 - all existing whiteboards now don't show the field of dots, they just are blank pages, as are any new created whiteboards.
On cloud premium, what has happened to our Whiteboards and how do we get them back?
=-=-= Problem Found =-=-=
Having folks share that it was working for them, prompted our IT group to investigate our DNS flter system which they found had called the whiteboard system "phishing" and started it blocking on monday afternoon.
Thanks for the other possible solutions.
On my instances (Cloud Premium) it's still working. You should raise a support issue.
Thanks for this reply, this got me to have our IT group dig into it. Turns out our DNS filters setup on all computers had tagged the Whiteboard communication as "phishing" and blocked it over the weekend.

Hi Mike,
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with whiteboards.
Could you please try two things:
1. Clear your browser cache
In Google Chrome, you can do this by opening 'Settings', going to the 'Privacy and security' tab and then clicking 'Delete browsing data'.
Then go to the 'Advanced' tab, select 'All time' and check 'Cached images and files'. Don't select anything else to avoid deleting your browsing history and cookies.
Then click 'Delete data'.
2. Delete site data for atlassian.net
If you're still seeing blank whiteboards after completing the above step, continue onto this step.
Once again, in Google Chrome open 'Settings' and go to the 'Privacy and security' tab. This time click 'Site settings'.
On the 'Site settings' page, click 'View permissions and data stored across sites'.
Then search for 'atlassian.net'.
Click the trash can icon next to atlassian.net, and then click the 'Delete' button. Note that this will sign you out of all Atlassian cloud products, and will delete any changes you have made to whiteboards while offline.
Log back into Confluence, and try accessing a whiteboard again.
Please let us know which of the above steps (only step 1, or both step 1 and 2) solved the issue for you (if at all), as this will help us better understand what might be causing the issue.

Thanks Caleb. We did find the issue about 30 minutes after I heard back from someone here that it was working for them.
It checked the DNS filter system they use, and found it started blocking whiteboards as "phishing" sometime yesterday afternoon.
They cleared that out and we could once again access all the content on the Whiteboards.
