I am exploring a use case for Confluence Databases which is to convert a spreadsheet of contact information into a database which would make it far more useful across our Confluence pages.
I read about the ability to use a template as a starting point described in a blog post by one of the Atlassian Platinum Solution partners. The CRM template sounds like it would be a great starting point for my use case, but I can't find any database related templates, other than the " Fundraising database" template.
From the blog post: "Confluence provides a variety of database templates for different use cases, such as project management, inventory management, and customer relationship management. Start with a template that's closest to your needs and then customize it as needed."
Does anyone know if there are in fact any templates for databases that would help kick start things?
Thanks
Simon
Thank you for your interest! Databases currently does not offer templates, however this is a feature we are actively working on and is due to be release in the next few months. Stay tuned!
Thanks Rebecca,
I think it would be a really helpful update, providing easy ways to get up and running quickly and in a consistent manner.

Heya @Simon Thornberry , as @Rebecca Dai mentioned there's no templates yet :( However, you can save and reuse existing configurations... so once you get something setup that you like, it's easy to copy into a new DB.
I'm also adding youtube videos of different cases I've tried out. Theyll walk you through how to setup databases for things like an FAQ or project tracker (again, not a template, but some guidance)

Brilliant, thanks Robert. Have you done anything "CRM-like" relating contacts to companies it would be awesome to see how you've approached that. I assume it's linking two database table together, company and then contacts linked to each company.
