Hi everyone!
We have a Confluence space connected to a Service Desk as a KB.
It has a database and a page with the reference to the default view of the DB.This page can be found in Help center, but the content of database is not displayed, only link is.
I've finally got the answer from the Database team.
Unfortunately service desk utilizes a different editor than the one you see in Confluence and other Atlassian surfaces meaning smartlinks don't render in the same way or have limited options. My advice would be to reach out to their team and explain this problem as there is nothing we can do about it from our end.
