where is my workspace?

Hello.

I used the paid version of Atlassian for a while, but switched to the free version this year. I was using jira usefully, but when I logged in to confluence for the first time in a while, all of my workspaces had disappeared. I can't find the document I wrote anywhere. How can I recover it?

How long is a while? As free tier sites auto close after 6 months of inactivity.
So that might be the answer?
