Hello dear community, for several days now, I have been unable to grant access to anyone on my Confluence portal, and an unknown person has been added as another admin. Furthermore, since this morning, many colleagues who previously had access suddenly no longer have access. Who should I contact to get the right support here?

  1. If the unknown person is not from your organization/company, please contact Atlassian support directly in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
  2. If you are a confluence admin, go to confluence settings --> Global permissions 
    Check the groups granted access for the confluence instance
    https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=internal
  3. Go to confluence settings --> Space permissions --> scroll down and click  to Recover the access to the spaces 
    https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action

If you are not an confluence admin, then check in your company who is the confluence admin and speak to them.
