After installing the draw.io plugin on Confluence Cloud, the macro is still not available. What else do I need to do to get it working?
I think you've filed a support ticket with us, correct?
Hi David, We are also facing the same issue. Not able to see the draw.io macro after installing the plugin.
https://confluence.draw.io/ link is opening fine.

There was an issue in Confluence Cloud where plugins took some time to appear, I wonder if that is back, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-58280
You could try uninstalling and re-installing. If that still doesn't work please contact Atlassian support.
Note that no draw.io functionality is executed during installation, control over the installation is entirely at Atlassian's side.
