Using Excerpt macros

Hi All,

I am trying to use the Excerpt and Excerpt-Include macros in the new editor to replace few words in multiple topics. The macros work, but it disrupts the formatting. Below is the screenshot. After inserting the Excerpt-Include macro, the new word consumes whole line disrupting the format.

It is very tedious and time consuming to change the words in multiple pages individually. Is there any solution to this problem?

I wonder how were the features/macros rolled out in new editor before testing the results? What mess the new editor is......Its really annoying to see such answers and sharing the ticket numbers of the issues....this should have been done before releasing the new editor...

Very irritating....

Hi @Pradnya Nagpure ,

Unfortunately, this is a current limitation in the new editor with an open issue:

I wish I had a better answer for you. 😔
