The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We invite users who are external to our company to view our Confluence Content.
Most of the time it works perfectly.
Some users, however, When they try and log in it says:
Try a different account
<email> doesnt have access to confluence on <site>
If they click the Log in to another account, put the exact same information in, it will log them in fine.
Can anyone give me some idea why this would be?
Cheers
Sonja
Not exactly sure, but I would guess that these users already have an Atlassian account registered with their email. By clicking "Log into another account", they log in with their existing account.
