Unable to import site backup of cloud test instance to other cloud instance

hi,

I have tried the confluence with cloud pharmaforcetest and now want to move this content to actual pharmaforce cloud site - while space import it is failing 

could you please advise ?

as of your description I assume you are trying to import a Confluence space as described in
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/
or probably even a whole Confluence site like described in
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/migrate-a-confluence-cloud-site-to-an-existing-cloud-site/

Can you confirm on the approach you have taken (site or space)?

Can you also please describe which error you are actually are seeing as you say the import is failing?

Dependend on further information somebody from Community will be able to help - probably this is also a case for Atlassian Support.

HI - I am good with importing space 

actually the space - options there is an option export to xml - through that I could export and import to new site - I am good with this - Thanks .
