Unable to embed PowerPoint on a Confluence page

When embedding a PPTX file into a Confluence (Cloud) document, the system is unable to create a preview or to show the PPTX when Publishing.  Instead it shows the following error.  Anyone seen this or recall the cause of the error?

Hi @Douglas Bain ,

why the error is referring to PDF. Please, could you share the macro used?

I am guessing this was some kind of outage as in the afternoon the error disappeared.  The implementation was the addition of an Image as an attachment followed by the use of the MS Powerpoint macro to show the slides.  When publishing the page, the screenshot was thrown. As you can see the document being referred was a PPTX file, so nothing to do with PDF. 

 

I will keep monitoring to see if it re-surfaces.
