Unable to edit newly imported Confluence pages via server to cloud migration tool

Hi,

I've just migrated 2 or 3 confluence spaces using the 

Cloud Migration Assistant for Confluence tool

I'm the overall admin on our confluence site and I've added all our groups to the permissions on the spaces. However I'm unable to edit pages or see the top icons that allow for editing, seeing page history etc.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so what was the fix?

Hello there Andrew!

As I understand, the buttons at the top of the page are not showing up and makes the editing of the page impossible.

Just so we can rule out a few things, let us try the following:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Incognito mode
  3. Another browser

 

Also, if possible, could you clarify the following points for us:

  1. Is this affecting all pages in all imported spaces?
  2. Is this affecting newly created pages?
  3. Is this affecting all users?
  4. Is this affecting non-migrated spaces as well?

Thanks for the assistance, it appears this actually resolved itself overnight.

Can only think that some kind of script or batch must run on the cloud servers which syncs something up as when we came in the following morning everything was working as expected.
