From the error you provided and the scenario you described, this does look to be an issue with Firefox having an issue maintaining the connection to Confluence Cloud. With this said, we ask you to attempt to test with another browser to see if the same results are present.

If another browser works then you’ll need to further investigate the issues with Firefox. On the other hand, if another browser has the sem results then we’ll need to figure out what's causing the interruption between your machine and Confluence Cloud.

We look forward to hearing back to help find the cause of your interrupted pages.
