Space does not load properly for a user

Hi all,

We stumbled upon the following issue.

We have a relatively new user who should be able to see and comment on spaces but not edit. We have added the user with the proper permissions which we checked several times. It all seems good for all spaces except for one. That particular space is only partially loaded for the user. He cannot see the version picker and only sees one version which is not even the latest (and we have approx. 20 versions in that space). Moreover, the space says that version 11.9 is the one loaded, however, the pages displayed are for version 10.8. Some pics are not loaded as well. It pretty much seems like a bug. Or maybe there is propagation? All permissions are the same as in the spaces the user sees without any issues.

Any ideas as to what might be happening would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks and regards,

Dima

In case someone stumbles upon the same issue, here's how we fixed it:

We have Scroll Versions activated and in case you have added someone as a Reviewer in the Scroll Versions settings, anyone who is not a reviewer will not be able to see all versions despite any permissions you give them. Consequently, we added the user as a Reviewer and the problem was fixed.

And that's what the space looks like to that user:
