Hi

I got the following answer from ServiceRocket:

For your information, those RB plugins are dependencies which contain functions that commonly used by our main plugins, to ensure it works as it should be.

As per my knowledge, those plugins are provided by thirdparty so if you feel those are not require then you can remove and make sure that those plugins are not used in your confluence
