How confluence Data import from one host to another?

How do I create an anchor within a single page in a new editor? I only see that you can create a link to an external resource

Hi,

Your question is a bit cryptic, but I am guessing you mean something like this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Migrating+Confluence+Between+Servers#MigratingConfluenceBetweenServers-UsingXMLdatabackups(onlyforsmalltomediumsizedinstallations). As the article says, this is only for small to medium sized instances. Other options are available in the same article.
