New to confluence, setting up spaces preparing for a migration. I'm looking at the default permissions.
Is there a reason Archive Page is disabled by default and yet Delete is enabled? It would seem to me that the opposite would be wise, but perhaps there's a best-practice reason it's set up like that?

If I understand correctly you are frustrated about the fact that you have to type the user's full name when mentioning the user. Which is, however, how mentions are supposed to work.
Do you think you can check this page and see if it sheds any light to your question?
Thanks, I had knew the Confluence mentions only support full name.
Note: Use the person's full name. The user mention feature recognises the full name only, not the username.

why just fullname,in chinese, the username is useful than full name。this function would be like jira’s mention。
