I've read the information here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Customising+Exports+to+PDF#CustomisingExportstoPDF-TableofContents
but still do not have a toc in my PDF.
When I read the above link it says that "By default, a table of contents will be generated after the title page, or at the beginning of the PDF document if no title page is defined in the PDF Layout. To see the default CSS rules applied to the table of contents, download the default CSS rules (confluencedefaultpdf.css) and examine the specific rules with toc in their name."
I have a title page but no toc, anybody have any ideas? Do I need to add html based on the css to "PDF Space Export Title Page"?
Here is the code I'm using for my title page in the layout if that helps:
<div class="fsTitlePage"> <div style=" text-align:right"> <img src="/download/attachments/3309581/ctCRE.png"/> </div> <div class="fsTitle">Enter Release name</div> <div class="fsTitlesub">Release Review</div> <div class="fsTitlesubsub">Status: Final <br> Version: 1.0 <br> Date Revised: July 23, 2013 </div> </div>
Finally the suppport gave me the solution:
The Confluence plugin editor was disabled and the support restarted it to get it working. It works fine now.
Thanks for your help Sarah.
All the best, Martin
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for your fast answer. Unfortunately it doesn't resolve my problem. I'm mostly working in Firefox but I also tried in Internet Explorer, the problem always happens. I use the OnDemand version of Confluence (in french).
Cheers, Martin (Geoazimut)

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good. The best thing is to contact the Atlassian Support team at http://support.atlassian.com

Hallo Geoazimut
Are you using Google Chrome as your browser? There's a known problem with Chrome that reduces the size of the editor panel. This plugin will fix it:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.editor-height-fix
Alternatively, you can upgrade to Confluence 5.1.3 or later. The bug report has the details:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-28415
I hope this helps!
Cheers, Sarah
