I'm trialing Confluence and am not able to figure out how to use the Gliffy plugin (which the admin page says is installed). When I click the Gliffy Diagram macro I get a pop-up window that has the following in it: <img src="/wiki/download/resources/com.gliffy.integration.confluence:gliffy-macro-key/icons/gliffy-logo-24px.png" clas but no evident functionality as advertised. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unable to edit, copy or move pages with Firefox 63.0.1. (on Mac)

I use confluence hosted by atlassian on atlassian.com

Since 3 days I can not edit, move or copy pages anymore when using Firefox 63.0.1. (Edit, copy move still works with Chrome.)

The spinner is just endlessly spinning and spinning.

In the settings of the different spaces I can see that I do have all permissions to edit and so on.

I couldn't find an answer to this question in the forum (my confluence is NOT self hosted)

I believe that you may be running through this bug (or something similar to it): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27804

But just in case I recommend you to raise a ticket under support.atlassian.com so the Support Team can further investigate it.
