Unable to add new app to Confluence (cloud)

I managed to add one (of 2) app, but every time I click the “start new trial” on the second app, I get this error message:

We ran into a little trouble 

It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

Is there a way to know why the specific app won't install?

Hi Siva,

I presume you're using the JIRA Issues macro, and when you run a query it will return a value if you select "Total issue count", but if you change to "Table" it doesn't return any data.

Is that correct?
