How to search for Cyrillic text in REST API?

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=stress'

gives me  HTTP Status: 200 "OK", while

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=стресс'

results in HTTP Status: 400 "Bad Request"

the same for

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=стресс'

Being honest with you I didn't see this integration before, but one suggestion that I would like to comment with you would be to try to make a contact with the Customware in order to try to obtain more information about this, probably they will be able to provide you a more concrete answer, you can make a contact with them by the following:
