Some users complained that the data picker ( // ) in Confluence is not working anymore. So far I could not reproduce it with my browsers (IE11, Chrome, Firefox). Is there a known issue regarding this functionality. It is the first time that I am getting this complaints.We lately roll-out Refined Theme for Confluence 5.0.1. Could this be causing a sporadic issue?

How do I restrict the confluence knowledge base so only customers can see it?

I have a Jira help desk and confluence knowledge base. I want to allow my service desk customers (no confluence license) to see the confluence content but not allow anyone on the internet to access it. How do I set up the permissions?

Hi Keith,

This is not something that we’ve encountered or heard of and there should be no issues with it using RefinedTheme for Confluence 4.2.x - 5.0.x.

Could it be some custom HTML/CSS or other customisation that collides with the date picker? If you’re able to reproduce the issue, feel free to raise an issue on the RefinedWiki support: support.refinedwiki.com and we'll do everything we can to find and fix the problem.
