Is there a way to sync Freshdesk Solutions articles into Confluence Cloud?

Hi, I was searching for a way to sync Freshdesk Solutions articles into Confluence.
I've found Confluence to Freshdesk app (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218400/confluence-to-freshdesk-sync?hosting=cloud), but it seems to do the syncing only one way.

I think you've run into this:  https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Unknown+column+%27this.external_id%27+when+upgrading+to+Confluence+5.2.5+or+above+on+MySQL
