I need to show list of Confluence users in a picker. Is there a way to retrieve list of Confluence Users via Cloud Rest API?

Hi Daniel,
It might be an issue with one of your plugin licenses not being upgraded. Although, as you said all of your licenses are up to date. I would suggest opening a support ticket here:
https://support.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
Click on the 'Create' button at the top of the screen to start creating the ticket.
