How to search for Cyrillic text in REST API?

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=stress'

gives me  HTTP Status: 200 "OK", while

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=стресс'

results in HTTP Status: 400 "Bad Request"

the same for

'GET' 'https://infostroy.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/search?cql=label=стресс'

Anne, if you want a readily available (although paid) alternative, then the Archiving Plugin is already compatible with Confluence 5.10 and it does everything and more than the Gardener add-on.
