How to insert workflow history and page activity report on a page in confluence Cloud.

I am using confluence Cloud with Comala workspace.

According to 21CFR part 11 11.10 (b) page activity records should be in both human-readable and electronic form suitable for inspection.

In Datacenter and server , there is an option to insert page activity in every page which can be directly viewed in page.

In Confluence Cloud , I am not able to get any such option to insert page activity with workflow history in page itself.

Is there any option which can help me to get page activity with the help of any macro , any setting or from any other method.

Hello,

we've done similar (different LDAP User Repositores with different usernames to one) years ago with Confluence and JIRA as rename where not possible.

Because rename is now possible this is much easier than before.

I would suggest you

that you write the old username in a new field within your MS AD. This new field will be your username in the LDAP field mapping (default is sAMAccountName).
Shutdown you Confluene instance
Go to your database (table: cwd_directory_attribute) and look for ldap.url and ldap.user.username. Change Booth to your new server and new temporary attribute
Then start Confluence and wait for the directory sync and look if all content looks like before
When all is fine and authentication works, you can switch back the LDAP field mapping to the default field

Migrating user directories needs some testing on a test server but it is possible. But every configuration is different and needs some testing.
