Existing user can not be found from the team

We have the issue that we have some users which exist but if we want to add (e.g. in a group) or tag them (e.g. @firstname.lastname ) they will not be shown. We also deleted them (the entire account) and created a new profil but it was still the same. Does anyone had them same issue in the past?

Hello Monmon, the environment should work with virtually any license, could you describe in detail the steps taken to setup the SDK and application for development?
