Email notifications turned off... but I'm still receiving them

My teammate's Confluence notifications are all unticked meaning she should ONLY get email notifications if someone tags her... Setting is working correctly for all teammates except her. This teammate is receiving email notifications every single time a confluence page is edited! See the second screen grab below of her inbox…

Does anyone know how I can fix this please? thanks!

• the default ask a question button defaults to the topic a list of questions is filtered on
• also you can create a button with a link to the list of questions related to a space
