With the release of Confluene 5.2, the unique identifier for a user was changed from their username to a user key to facilitate user renaming. I want to know how unique this new user key is. If I am writing an Atlassian Connect plugin that will be run on several Atlassian servers, can I trust these user keys to be globally unique? In other words, if I store all of the user keys in the same table in our database regardless of which Atlassian server the user comes from, will user keys alone be enough to guarantee uniqueness for the primary key of the table?

Confluence storage limit

Hello ,

According to Confluence info page the overall storage limit is 25 Gb

The meaning of this value is "overall per each user"? or for all users together ?

No. I've recently used an existing working system to duplicate an account in a more broken system. IT worked perfectly, so I very much down youcan rely on two Confluence servers never replicating a user id (especially if it's the same user login details initially)
