I don't know what triggered my question to be marked as spam. It seems to have occurred after I made an edit. 

Can you please remove the spam mark?

@Debra Eskinazi Stockdale I moved your question out of the spam quarantine, the spam filter sometimes gets very protective, it sometime depends on the day and its mood.
