I am wondering if this is the limitation of Confluence to only allow users to customize with their column options. I was hoping it could be more dynamic, let's say 2 columns on top and just one big spread below so that I can contain more information. But what it does when I try to add a new section, the same 2 columns format applies.
Actually I accidentally figured this one myself. After adding a new section you can modify it to different column options and it won't impact the ones that have been created above or below.
