When editing, all my JIRA tickets are linked to their status, "Ticket XYZ is CLOSED," but when I complete editing and go to the live Confluence page, only 5 of the 40 tickets I linked have statues. The rest are just populated as normal URL links to the ticket. I have tried pasting the links into my table again and changing the format but I still can't get any of my tickets past the first 5 to show their status.
Hello @allyson.murphy !
I tried to replicate the behavior you described but was unable to. I tried with seven issues linked in my Confluence Page. All of them show as expected in the page:
With this in mind, could you clarify:
- Does this happen with less than 40 issues on the same page?
- Is this happening only with issues inside tables?
- Has this worked at some point in the past?
Also, could you share a screenshot of the behavior that you are currently facing? Just be careful not to disclose any detail on the screenshots. Our community is an open space and everyone can see everything that we post here.
Looking forward to your reply.
