Have noticed missing Confluence Documents since our Migration from Server to Cloud. 1 Document / Page in particular was a Restricted Page. Need to understand if there are issues related to the Confluence Data Migration Wizard.

I am not personally aware of this being an ongoing problem with the migration wizard, but it could be caused by something else.
My recommendation would be to get in touch with the Cloud Support Team, let them know the details of the migration and the restriction on the page. They can take a look and see what might have happened with that.
