It seems that vendors code will not get hit until the cloud editor appears. This means that we don't have a possibility to change or to fix the search of macro using the '/tab' string method.
Has anyone else faced such issues? Any workarounds available?

I am not sure what it means to “change or to fix the search of macro using the ‘/tab’ string method”.
With this in mind, I would like to ask a few questions for clarification:
- Are you trying to develop something for Confluence and the way Confluence deals with the editor gets in the way?
- Are you trying to actively use the Confluence editor and one or more features are not working?
