How long is it to migrate data from notion?

Hi, 

We are currently using notion as a knowledge sharing tool. 

I am reviewing our internal tools and looks like we are also paying for confluence as a knowledge sharing tool. 


If I were to migrate all the data from notion, How seamless will this be?

How long will it take?
