Hello,

We cannot connect to all our Atlassian account, neither Jira nor Confluence,

It appears that the error is coming from your servers, but when I am going on your status page I don't see anything talking about it...

As it is the tool we are using for all our developers, it is completely bloking our work now...

Could you please inform me of when the issue will be solved.

Thanks you in advance for your reactivity,

Thibault Hillmeyer

Hi Nick,

Below solution may help you..

You can run Apache server on 443/8443 for SSL & configure redirection of JIRA and Confluence context to the respective tomcats where JIRA & confluence is running.

Run JIRA on 8080 (you can change this any port) & Confluence on 8090 (you can change this any port)

Assume your domain name is https://atlassianproducts.myorg.com/

https://atlassianproducts.myorg.com/JIRA  - JIRA

https://atlassianproducts.myorg.com/confluence   - Confluence
