Does Deleting or deactivating a user with an atlassian account remove them from other systems?

I added users in our Confluence cloud system at my company that were originally added to their own company's cloud instance of Confluence and hence had an Atlassian Account. If they were deleted or deactivated in their company's system, would they automatically be removed from mine?

The accounts are per instance (subdomaim) so the same emails being used by two companies cloud instances will not impact each other
