Customized library on Draw.IO Confluence Cloud does not appear to all users. How to fix this?

Edited

I followed the instructions from here: https://about.draw.io/draw-io-training-exercise-9-create-your-own-custom-library/

I'm able to create a customized library of icons related to my organization. The library of icons appears anytime I create a new Draw.IO Diagram however it does not appear to any of the other users in my organization.

Is there a way to save the customized library on Confluence Cloud without being admin? In the link below, it says to create s space with the key DRAWIOCONFIG but as I'm not admin, I'm not able to create a space.

 https://desk.draw.io/support/solutions/articles/16000092763-how-to-use-libraries-in-confluence-cloud-

Is there any other way to ensure the library is available to all users without each person individually re-creating the same library?

No, you have to be able to create that space. There is nowhere that Confluence Cloud provides to store configuration data, using a space is the only workaround we could think of.

Is it not possible to have an Admin create the space for you? How did you get the product installed, as this normally requires admin permissions?
