Custom Emojis are broken for anonymous users

Hi All,

All my custom Emojis are broken showing like " :ename: " regardless of the browser.

Has anyone encounter this issue and found a solution ?

I have encountered this problem as well, and it's a known issue if you'd like to add a comment and follow Atlassian's progress on a fix: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-65481

You might also want to check out this issue, because other problems have been reported with custom emojis: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-67768

Unfortunately, we have not found a solution other than avoiding custom emojis on any pages open to anonymous users!  😕
