Since this morning, I can't change the color of the texts inside the wiki pages.

It looks like a regression, I asked a teammate to test and he confirmed that the bug is also on other browsers and other OS.

But I could not find any mention of it on Atlassian community so I'm a bit confused.

Can someone confirm that this is a known issue or is there something new that I'm misusing...?

I also can not reproduce this. 

If it's still happening could you list the addons you have, maybe we can help narrow it down.

I'm not able to reproduce your issue, on my Cloud instances changing or setting text color is working.

If you think there is any issue on your instance, please raise an Atlassian Support ticket, as it might be related to your instance.

There's no incident reported on Atlassian's status page. I'd recommend to open a support ticket with Atlassian.
