We have lists of policies that must be read by external users who are not part of our Confluence plan. Am I able to share the policies with them and track who had read and completed these policies using Comala Read Confirmations?
My understanding it that it tracks Confluence users names in the read confirmation and therefore external users may be tracked as anonymous? If Comala Read Confirmations can not be used, is there another app that would work?
I think this would be difficult - as how would Confluence track a specific user who is not logged in? If your site is public (i.e anonymous access is active), I don't think you'd be able to track users who don't login also.
Have you considered using the guests feature instead, and seeing if this can be used with that App?
